Our mission in EIICSA is to direct, project, and implement Integral Solutions in Electric, Hydraulic, and Sanitary Instalations, Air Conditioning, Fire Protection, Voice and Data Equipment for first line firms in a national range.

This is achieved through our profesional ethics and team work, applying quality assurance systems to fullfill our costumers and partners’ expectations.

In 1981 Industrial Técnica de León firm was founded and named this way until 1987 when the trademark was changed to ETLSA (Electrificaciones Técnicas de León, S.A). With the change in the name, the firm developed professionally and its services expanded regionally as well.

Since May 1996 and with the quality and prestige achieved with ETLSA, a new firm was formed, EIICSA (Equipos e Instalaciones Industriales para la Construcción, S.A. de C.V.).

With EIICSA the experience was broadened and so did our vision towards superior quality; acknowledged objective by leader firms in specific areas such as Marriot Hotels (Puerto Vallarta), Fiesta Americana (León), PROCISA, Centro Médico Siglo XXI, Vip´s, Carrefour, ICA, just to mention some of them.

Since July 1st 2007 EIICSA was commited with quality services always seeking for permanent improvement in its staff and working systems for the customers’ direct benefit establishing a Certificable Quality Model System under the ISO 9001-2000 and the Mexican Model NMX-CC-9001-IMNC-2000.

Today, after 16 years, EIICSA is acknowledged by more than 50% of the states in the country that have been able to develop several engineering projects, constructions and supervisions, due to the excellent services and individual customers’ attention. Proof of this is its participation in important projects such as Hospital Ángeles (Mexico City), SSA Hospitals, MM Cinemas, Centro Max Mall (León), Carrefour, Soriana, Estrellas de Oro, Innopack, amongst others.
